As expected, the housing market continues to remain a little subdued in the lead up to Brexit.  Add to this the easement of tax relief on buy to let mortgages and the ban on tenant's fees, it is no wonder why some buy to let investors and first time buyers are sitting back at the moment as they contemplate what the future holds.  However, we are still experiencing good levels of activity in the property market for both sales and lettings, so at the moment we would describe the housing market subdued but active.
