As we approach the mid point of 2019 the property market continues to remain subdued, despite the Nationwide Building Society reporting that house prices increased in June 2019 by 0.25%. Traditionally the next two months will also remain flat as we rapidly approach the holiday season. However, as long as properties that are placed onto the market are priced correctly they are still selling and letting within reasonable timescales.
